WARRANTY

Limited Warranty: Alenic hereby warrants that the VOCA TC-X tankless instant hot water dispenser, the R2 Wireless Touch Controller and the Touch Faucet are free from defects in parts, materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) year from the date of purchase, when purchased from Alenic or an approved vendor / partner. Should any repairs or servicing under this warranty be required by you during the limited warranty term, please contact the Customer Care Team at Alenic by email or mail for instructions on how to pack and ship your affected Products back to Alenic:

RETURN POLICY

If a product purchased through our online store does not meet your expectations, you may contact us to facilitate a return for refund within 14 days of receiving your goods. After the 14 days have passed, unfortunately returns cannot be accepted. After 14 days, please refer to our warranty policy for product and service issues.

 

You will be refunded by the same method in which you paid. 

 

Returned products must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all product manuals/instructions). Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of use will be rejected and no refund or exchange processed. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Unauthorized returns or returning a product to us that is not in resalable conditions may cause forfeiture of the product. We are not responsible for returning shipments lost in transit, please consider insuring your shipment.

 

If you would like to return your purchase, please contact our Customer Care Team by filling out our form online. We will work with you through all of the necessary steps in returning your product, and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

 

We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for products purchased from a retail store. Our Customer Care Team can only assist with purchases made through our online store. In that event, for any questions or possible returns you have please contact or return to the store where you originally made your purchase.
